How your information is handled when you use this website and book an appointment.
Who we are
This website is operated by The Cross Clinic. If you have any questions about how your information is handled, please contact us using the details on our contact page.
What this website collects
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
This site does not collect enquiry forms or store personal data itself. Links to book an appointment take you to our booking provider, Vagaro.
Joining our mailing list
If you sign up to The Cross Edit, we use your email address to send you clinic news, treatment information and offers. We will not pass it to anyone else, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time by emailing us.
Videos on our GP services page
Our GP services page includes videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube when the page opens - the still image you see is served from this website, so no cookies are set and YouTube is not contacted.
If you choose to press play, the video is then loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). At that point YouTube receives your request and may store information on your device. This only happens if you actively choose to play a video.
Booking and your appointment records
Appointments, payments, deposits and confirmations are handled by Vagaro, our booking provider. Any information you enter when booking is processed by Vagaro under their own privacy policy.
Your clinical records and consent forms are held by the clinic as part of your medical record, and are handled confidentially in line with professional obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and in some circumstances to ask us to delete it. Please contact us to make a request.
